The Magic Mixture was a London-based psychedelic band comprising Terry Thomas (guitar/vocals), Melvyn Hacker (bass), Jack Collins (drums), and Stan Curtis (organ). In 1968, they released their sole album, "This Is The Magic Mixture," which has become a cherished artifact of British psychedelia. The album features tracks like "(I'm So) Sad" and "Moon Beams." Originally issued under the Saga FID label, it has been reissued multiple times. The band is recognized for their contribution to the garage psych movement of the late 1960s.
