The Modulations were an American R&B vocal group from Durham, North Carolina, consisting of Larry Allen, Larry Duncan, Hoyle Saunders, and Henry Channelle. In 1975, they released the album "It's Rough Out Here," featuring singles "I'm Hopelessly in Love" and "I Can't Fight Your Love." The album was arranged by Vince Montana, Norman Harris, and Ronny Baker, and recorded with members of MFSB. The group appeared on the television show Soul Train in 1976.
