The Only Ones are an English rock band formed in London in 1976. The original lineup consisted of Peter Perrett (vocals), John Perry (guitar), Alan Mair (bass guitar), and Mike Kellie (drums). Their music blends elements of punk, power pop, and hard rock with psychedelic influences. Their 1978 debut album, "The Only Ones," features their best-known song, "Another Girl, Another Planet." This was followed by "Even Serpents Shine" (1979) and "Baby's Got a Gun" (1980). The band disbanded in 1982 but has reunited several times, most recently in 2023.
