Psycho Realm is an American hip-hop group formed in 1989 by brothers Sick Jacken (Joaquín Gonzalez) and Big Duke (Gustavo Gonzalez) in Los Angeles. Their debut album, "The Psycho Realm," was released in 1997 under Ruffhouse Records. After departing from the label, they established their own, Sick Symphonies, releasing "A War Story Book I" (2000) and "A War Story Book II" (2003). Their music focuses on urban life and social issues, collaborating with artists like B-Real from Cypress Hill. The group is recognized for its influence on the underground hip-hop scene.
