The Raconteurs are an American rock band from Detroit, Michigan, formed in 2005. The members are Jack White (vocals, guitar), Brendan Benson (vocals, guitar), Jack Lawrence (bass guitar), and Patrick Keeler (drums). Their debut album, "Broken Boy Soldiers," released in 2006, features the hit "Steady, As She Goes." The second album, "Consolers of the Lonely," was released in 2008 and received a Grammy nomination for Best Rock Album. After a hiatus, they returned in 2019 with the album "Help Us Stranger."
