The Satyrs were a garage rock band from Asheville, North Carolina, active in the 1960s. They released a single in 1965 featuring "Don't Be Surprised" and "Get Out Of That Rut". In 2023, previously unreleased recordings were discovered and released alongside their original single on the album "Don't Be Surprised". This album includes ten tracks, featuring two versions of the title song, and provides insight into the Southern 1960s rock scene.
