The Screamers were an American punk band formed in 1975 in Los Angeles. Known for their unique style that combined punk with electronic elements, they were pioneers of synthpunk. The lineup included vocalist Tomata du Plenty and keyboardist Tommy Gear. Although they never released an official album, their demos and live performances left a lasting impact on the punk scene.
