The Sorcerers are a British group known for their instrumental compositions influenced by Ethio-jazz, European horror soundtracks, deep funk, and exotica. Their debut album, "The Sorcerers," was released in 2015 and received acclaim from Ethio-jazz pioneer Mulatu Astatke. In 2024, they released "I Too Am A Stranger," followed by "Other Worlds And Habitats" in 2025. The band consists of bassist Neil Innes, drummer Joost Hendrickx, and multi-instrumentalist Richard Ormrod. In 2025, keyboardist Johnny Richards joined, contributing to their unique sound.
