The Stylistics are an American soul group from Philadelphia, achieving their greatest success in the 1970s. Formed in 1968, the original lineup included Russell Thompkins Jr., Herb Murrell, Airrion Love, James Smith, and James Dunn. Their music is characterized by Thompkins' falsetto vocals and Thom Bell's production. Notable songs include "You Are Everything," "Betcha by Golly, Wow," and "You Make Me Feel Brand New." In 1994, they were inducted into the Philadelphia Music Alliance Walk of Fame. In 2025, they released the album "Falling in Love with My Girl," featuring guests like Shania Twain and Gene Simmons.
