The Turbans is an international musical collective based in London, combining traditional Near-Eastern and Eastern-European styles with original compositions. The group was formed when Oshan Mahony and Darius Luke Thompson met while cycling in Nepal. Members include Maxim Shchedrovitzki from Belarus and Miroslav Morski from Bulgaria. In April 2018, they released their self-titled debut album, "The Turbans." In June 2019, they performed on the West Holts Stage at the Glastonbury Festival.
