Them was a Northern Irish rock band formed in Belfast in April 1964. The original five-member lineup consisted of Van Morrison, Alan Henderson, Ronnie Milling, Billy Harrison, and Eric Wrixon. The band is best known for their 1964 hit "Gloria," which became a rock standard. Other successful tracks include "Baby, Please Don't Go" and "Here Comes the Night." Their debut album, "The Angry Young Them," was released in June 1965. The band disbanded in 1972, with Van Morrison continuing a successful solo career.
