Three Days Grace is a Canadian rock band formed in Norwood, Ontario, in 1992, originally as Groundswell. After disbanding in 1995, they regrouped in 1997 under their current name. The original lineup consisted of guitarist and lead vocalist Adam Gontier, drummer Neil Sanderson, and bassist Brad Walst. In 2003, guitarist Barry Stock joined the band. In 2013, Gontier departed and was replaced by Matt Walst, Brad Walst's brother. In 2024, Gontier rejoined, making the band a quintet with dual vocalists. They have released seven studio albums, including "Three Days Grace" (2003), "One-X" (2006), and "Human" (2015).
