Tiësto, born Tijs Michiel Verwest, is a Dutch DJ and electronic music producer. He began his career in the 1990s and founded the label Black Hole Recordings in 1997. Notable albums include "In My Memory" (2001), "Just Be" (2004), and "Elements of Life" (2007). In 2004, he performed at the opening ceremony of the Athens Summer Olympics. In 2015, he won a Grammy Award for Best Remixed Recording for his remix of John Legend's "All of Me." He is recognized for his contributions to the trance and house genres.
