Tim Finn is a New Zealand singer, songwriter, and musician, best known as a founding member of the band Split Enz. During his time with the band, he wrote hits such as "I See Red" and "Six Months in a Leaky Boat". In 1983, he released his first solo album, "Escapade", which included the successful single "Fraction Too Much Friction". He later joined the band Crowded House on their album "Woodface" and collaborated with his brother Neil Finn on the Finn Brothers project.
