Trio SR9 is a French percussion ensemble founded in 2010 in Lyon by Paul Changarnier, Nicolas Cousin, and Alexandre Esperet. They studied at the National Conservatory of Music and Dance in Lyon. The trio is known for their innovative interpretations of classical and contemporary works, often utilizing marimbas and unconventional percussion instruments. Notable albums include "Bach au marimba" (2015), "Alors, on danse?" (2018), and "Déjà vu" (2022), featuring collaborations with artists such as Blick Bassy, Camille, and Camélia Jordana. Trio SR9 has performed on international stages, including Bozar in Brussels and the ICA Museum in Boston.
