Van Dik Hout is a Dutch rock band formed in 1985 in Den Helder. The band achieved national breakthrough in 1994 with the single "Stil In Mij", which became one of the best Dutch singles of all time. Throughout their career, they released several successful albums, including "Van Dik Hout" and "Een Nacht Eeuwigheid". Their music is characterized by a combination of pop and rock with alternative elements. The band collaborated with artists like Herman Brood and performed at major festivals such as Pinkpop and Lowlands. In 2024, they celebrated their 30th anniversary with the release of the compilation "30 Jaar".
