Vinnie Moore is an American guitarist renowned for his virtuoso playing in genres such as neoclassical metal, heavy metal, and progressive metal. He began his professional career at age 12 and released his first solo album, "Mind's Eye," in 1986 under Shrapnel Records. The album received acclaim and sold over 100,000 copies. Moore was also a member of the band Vicious Rumors and collaborated with Alice Cooper on the "Hey Stoopid" album. From 2003, he served as the lead guitarist for the British hard rock band UFO, recording six studio albums with them. His discography also includes albums like "Time Odyssey" (1988) and "Meltdown" (1991).
