This work, considered a contemporary jazz opera, blends irresistible and urgent melodies with scintillating instrumental and improvisational sections. The vocal star is Elle-Kari Sander, known from the bands The Tiny and The Other Woman, and an eminent string quartet elevates this opus to new heights. The music is composed by multi-instrumentalist Martin Küchen, with string and wind arrangements by Alex Zethson. The album was recorded at the legendary Atlantis studio in Stockholm.
