Accompanied by Dave Hubbard on tenor saxophone, Ronnie Cuber on baritone saxophone, Larry McGee on guitar, and Joe Dukes on drums, Smith delivers funky renditions of hits like "Twenty-Five Miles" and "Spinning Wheel," as well as a brisk version of Miles Davis' "Seven Steps to Heaven." This Blue Note Classic Vinyl Edition is stereo, all-analog, remastered by Kevin Gray from the original master tapes, and pressed on 180g vinyl at Optimal.
