Tết 41 is the latest album from modular synthesist and Berghain resident JakoJako (Sibel Koçer), released on April 25, 2025. This limited edition vinyl was recorded during a trip to Vietnam and is interwoven with field recordings from Tết Lunar New Year celebrations. JakoJako draws inspiration from her Vietnamese heritage, departing from traditional Western scales to explore the tonal patterns of the Vietnamese language. With a minimalist setup consisting of a Eurorack and Waldorf Iridium Core, she crafts expansive electronic compositions that reflect themes of rebirth and personal connection. This album is available on vinyl in a limited run of 500 copies worldwide.
