The 7-inch vinyl 'Pick Up The Pieces / Tanga' by Wilson das Neves and Som Três offers a unique glimpse into Brazilian music. On Side A, Wilson das Neves, the legendary Brazilian percussionist known from Os Ipanemas, delivers his rendition of Average White Band's 'Pick Up The Pieces,' blending funky samba rhythms with rich percussion and horn sections. Originally released on the 'Som Quente É O Das Neves' album in 1969. Side B features 'Tanga' by the trio Som Três, led by pianist Cesar Camargo Mariano, filled with energetic drums, passionate vocals, and prominent piano. Originally appeared on the 'Um É Pouco, Dois É Bom, Este Som Três É Demais' album in 1970. Both tracks are now available for the first time on 7-inch vinyl.
