Description

'METALHORSE' is Billy Nomates' third studio album, released on May 16, 2025. This conceptual album, inspired by the image of a dilapidated funfair, explores blues, folk, and piano-driven arrangements that steer her signature punk sound into more pastoral territories. Recorded in a studio with a full band, the lineup includes bassist Mandy Clarke (KT Tunstall, The Go! Team) and drummer Liam Chapman (Rozi Plain, BMX Bandits). The track 'Dark Horse Friend' features a special appearance by The Stranglers' frontman, Hugh Cornwell. The album is available on silver and red vinyl.
