Vision Divine is an Italian power/progressive metal band formed in 1998 by guitarist Olaf Thörsen. Initially intended as his solo project, the group quickly evolved into a full-fledged band. Their debut album, "Vision Divine," was released in 1999, followed by "Send Me an Angel" in 2002. Other notable albums include "Stream of Consciousness" (2004) and "The Perfect Machine" (2005). The band is known for their melodic and technically proficient compositions that blend elements of power and progressive metal. Throughout their career, they have collaborated with various artists and producers, including Timo Tolkki of Stratovarius.
