Warning is a British doom metal band from Harlow, Essex, founded in 1994 by vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter Patrick Walker. The band released two studio albums: "The Strength to Dream" (1999) and "Watching from a Distance" (2006). Their music is characterized by slow tempos, melodic and heavy doom metal sounds, introspective lyrics, and Walker's unique vocal style. After disbanding in 2009, Walker continued his musical career with the project 40 Watt Sun. In 2017, Warning briefly reunited for a performance at the Roadburn Festival, where they played the entire "Watching from a Distance" album.
