Wednesday Knudsen is an American musician known for her work in the experimental music scenes of New York and Western Massachusetts. She has served as the vocalist and guitarist for the psychedelic band Pigeons and is a member of the psych-folk ensemble Stella Kola. In 2025, she released her fifth solo album, 'Atrium', which is her first solo work on vinyl and a double LP. On 'Atrium', Knudsen plays various instruments including alto saxophone, flute, guitar, synthesizer, piano, autoharp, bass guitar, and provides vocals. The album is inspired by the natural environment of the Taconic Mountains where she resides and is influenced by artists such as Éliane Radigue, Hiroshi Yoshimura, and Joanna Brouk.
