White Lion was a Danish-American glam metal band formed in New York City in 1983 by vocalist Mike Tramp and guitarist Vito Bratta. Their second album, "Pride" (1987), featured hits "Wait" and "When the Children Cry," reaching No. 8 and No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100, respectively. Subsequent albums "Big Game" (1989) and "Mane Attraction" (1991) solidified their presence in the hard rock scene. The band disbanded in 1992, but Tramp later reformed it with new members, leading to the release of "Return of the Pride" in 2008. In 2023, Tramp released "Songs of White Lion," an album featuring re-recorded versions of the band's classic tracks. The products available from the artist White Lion include vinyls, CDs.
