Witch Cross is a Danish heavy metal band formed in 1982 in Copenhagen. Their debut album, "Fit for Fight," released in 1984, was recorded in the same studio as Mercyful Fate's first two albums. After disbanding in 1986, the band reunited in 2011, releasing "Axe to Grind" in 2013 and "Angel of Death" in 2021.
