Wolfheart is a Finnish melodic death metal band formed in 2013 by Tuomas Saukkonen, who previously led the band Before the Dawn. The group is known for their style termed "winter metal," which combines raw power with poetic depth, drawing inspiration from Finnish natural landscapes. Their debut album, "Winterborn," was released in 2013 and reached number seven on the official Finnish charts. Subsequent albums include "Shadow World" (2015), "Tyhjyys" (2017), and "Draconian Darkness" (2024). In November 2024, Wolfheart became the first European heavy metal band to perform live in Saudi Arabia.
