ALT BLK ERA is a British rock duo from Nottingham, consisting of sisters Nyrobi and Chaya Beckett-Messam. The band was formed in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2023, they released their debut EP "Freak Show," followed by their debut album "Rave Immortal" in 2025 under Earache Records. Their music is known for blending genres such as rock, alternative pop, drum and bass, rap, and electronic music. In 2024, they were nominated for the Heavy Music Awards in the Best UK Breakthrough Act category and for the MOBO Awards in the Best Alternative Music Act category.
