Andrew von Oeyen is an American pianist of German and Dutch origin. He began piano studies at age 5 and made his solo orchestral debut at age 10. An alumnus of Columbia University and The Juilliard School, he studied under Herbert Stessin and Jerome Lowenthal. In 1999, he received the prestigious Gilmore Young Artist Award, and in 2001, he won First Prize in the Léni Fé Bland Foundation National Piano Competition. He has performed with notable orchestras such as the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Philadelphia Orchestra, and San Francisco Symphony.
