Dorus, born Tom Manders, was a Dutch cabaret performer and singer renowned for his humorous acts during the 1950s and 60s. His most notable songs include "Twee motten" and "De nachtwacht". He collaborated with organist Cor Steyn on the program "De Showboat". In 1967, he received the Zilveren Roos award and launched a new program titled "Bij Dorus op schoot".
