Father John Misty, born Joshua Michael Tillman, is an American musician known for his satirical lyrics and eccentric performances. He began his career in Seattle in the early 2000s and served as the drummer for Fleet Foxes from 2008 to 2012. After leaving the band, he adopted the moniker Father John Misty and released the album "Fear Fun" in 2012. This was followed by "I Love You, Honeybear" (2015), "Pure Comedy" (2017), "God's Favorite Customer" (2018), and "Chloë and the Next 20th Century" (2022).
