Immanuel Wilkins is an American jazz saxophonist and composer from Philadelphia. After graduating high school, he moved to New York City in 2015 to attend the Juilliard School. In 2020, he released his debut album "Omega" on Blue Note Records, which was named the #1 Jazz Album of the Year by The New York Times. This was followed by "The 7th Hand" in 2022 and "Blues Blood" in 2024. Wilkins is known for his modern jazz style and has collaborated with artists such as Jason Moran, Joel Ross, and Meshell Ndegeocello.
