JAWNY, born Jacob Lee-Nicholas Sullenger on December 23, 1995, is an American singer, songwriter, and producer. Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, he began playing guitar at age six and started composing songs in his early teens. In 2016, he moved to Philadelphia and started creating music under the alias Johnny Utah. He gained recognition in 2019 with his single "Honeypie," which went viral on TikTok. In 2020, he signed with Interscope Records and released the mixtape "For Abby." His debut album, "It's Never Fair, Always True," was released in 2023.
