John Lee Williamson, known as Sonny Boy Williamson I, was an American blues singer and harmonica player. Born in Jackson, Tennessee, he is considered one of the pioneers of blues harmonica. His most notable songs include "Good Morning, School Girl" and "Sugar Mama". His music influenced many later blues artists.
