Kabaka Pyramid is a Jamaican reggae artist known for his unique style that blends elements of roots reggae, dancehall, and hip-hop. Born Keron Salmon in Kingston, he began his musical career in the late 1990s. In 2011, he released the EP "Rebel Music," followed by "Lead the Way" in 2013. His debut album, "Kontraband," produced by Damian Marley, was released in 2018. In 2022, he released "The Kalling," which won the Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album in 2023.
