Lauren Alaina is an American singer and songwriter from Rossville, Georgia. She gained prominence as the runner-up on the tenth season of American Idol. Her debut album, "Wildflower," was released in 2011, followed by "Road Less Traveled" in 2017, whose title track reached number one on the Country Airplay chart. In 2021, she released her third album, "Sitting Pretty on Top of the World." Alaina is known for her country and country pop style and has collaborated with artists such as Kane Brown, Hardy, and Jon Pardi. In 2022, she became a member of the Grand Ole Opry.
