Megan Sue Hicks is an American singer-songwriter who recorded her sole album, "Maranatha," in 1972 during her stay in Australia. The album was produced by Doug Rowe of the band Flying Circus and was released in a limited run of 200 copies by Warner Australia. "Maranatha" is noted for its introspective lyrics, captivating vocals, and delicate acoustic arrangements, reminiscent of the works of Vashti Bunyan and Judee Sill. After recording, Hicks returned to the United States, making the album a rare artifact in folk-rock history.
