Mike Mareen is a German singer, songwriter, and musician known for his contributions to the eurodisco and hi-NRG genres in the 1980s. Born in 1949 in West Berlin, he began his musical career as a drummer and vocalist in various bands. In 1982, he founded his own label, Night 'n' Day Records. His biggest hits include "Love Spy" (1986) and "Dancing in the Dark" (1984). He released several albums, including "Dance Control" (1985) and "Let's Start Now" (1987).
