The Keith Tippett Group was a British jazz ensemble led by pianist Keith Tippett. Formed in the late 1960s, the group released two notable albums: "You Are Here... I Am There" (1970) and "Dedicated to You but You Weren't Listening" (1971). Their music blended jazz with elements of rock and avant-garde. Members such as Elton Dean, Nick Evans, and Marc Charig later collaborated with bands like Soft Machine and King Crimson. The group was known for its innovative approach to jazz music and influenced many musicians of that era.
