The Paranoid is a rock band from Šurany, Slovakia, founded in 2002 by vocalist Igor Belaj and drummer Ondrej Hnat. In 2008, they won the national final of the BlastBeat competition, gaining wider recognition. They released their debut album "Posledný nádych" in 2010, followed by "Dva svety" in 2012. In 2013, they released singles "Z plných pľúc" and "Neviem ti povedať nie". In 2014, they released the album "Sedem". In 2015, new vocalist Rob Raven joined the band.
