University is a four-piece punk band from Crewe, United Kingdom, consisting of Zak Bowker (vocals/guitar), Ewan Barton (bass), Joel Smith (drums), and mascot Eddie. In 2023, they released their debut EP titled 'Title Track', featuring songs like 'King Size Slim', 'Notre Dame Made Out Of Flesh', and 'Egypt Tune'. Their debut album, 'McCartney, It'll Be OK', was released on June 20, 2025, under Transgressive Records. The album was recorded with producer Kwes Darko at Damon Albarn's Studio 13 in London and was recorded live to capture the energy of their live performances. The band is known for their emo/hardcore/punk sound and energetic live shows.
