X-Alfonso is a Cuban musician known for his fusion of hip hop and afro-rock. He began his career with the group Estado de Animo and later joined the family band Síntesis as a vocalist and composer. In 1998, he embarked on a solo career, releasing albums such as "Mundo Real" (2000), "X Moré" (2001), "Civilización" (2005), and "Revoluxion" (2007). His music blends Cuban folkloric elements with modern genres. In 2010, he was appointed a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador for his work with children.
