Xentrix is a British thrash metal band from Preston, England, formed in 1984 under the name Sweet Vengeance. In 1988, they changed their name to Xentrix and released the albums "Shattered Existence" (1989), "For Whose Advantage?" (1990), "Kin" (1992), and "Scourge" (1996). After disbanding in 1997, they reunited in 2005–2006 and again in 2013. Since then, they have released "Bury the Pain" (2019) and "Seven Words" (2022). They are considered part of the "big four" of British thrash metal alongside Acid Reign, Onslaught, and Sabbat.
