Ann Savoy is an American musician, author, and producer known for her work in Cajun music. Born in St. Louis, Missouri, and raised in Richmond, Virginia, she became a significant figure in the Cajun music scene after moving to Louisiana. Alongside her husband, accordionist Marc Savoy, and fiddler Michael Doucet, she forms the Savoy-Doucet Cajun Band. She is also a member of The Magnolia Sisters and Ann Savoy and Her Sleepless Knights. In 2006, she collaborated with Linda Ronstadt on the album "Adieu False Heart," which was nominated for a Grammy Award.
