Description

"Bridge of Sighs" is the second solo album by British guitarist Robin Trower, released on April 20, 1974. This album, which became a commercial breakthrough, is known for its blues-rock style and features iconic tracks like "Day of the Eagle" and "Too Rolling Stoned". Trower's guitar work, influenced by Jimi Hendrix, combined with James Dewar's soulful vocals and bass, and Reg Isidore's precise drumming, creates a unique musical experience. The album was produced by Matthew Fisher, a former member of Procol Harum, and recorded under the guidance of sound engineer Geoff Emerick. "Bridge of Sighs" is considered one of the best rock albums of the 1970s and is a must-have for fans of classic rock and blues guitar.
