Cibelle Cavalli Bastos is a Brazilian visual artist and musician born in São Paulo. She studied at the Marcelo Tupinambá Conservatory from the age of six, focusing on guitar, piano, percussion, and theater. After collaborating with producer Suba on the album "São Paulo Confessions" in 1999, she released her debut album "Cibelle" in 2003. This was followed by "The Shine of Dried Electric Leaves" (2006), "Las Vênus Resort Palace Hotel" (2010), and "Unbinding" (2013). Cibelle is known for her experimental approach to music and interdisciplinary practice encompassing performance art, sound art, video, painting, sculpture, and installation.
