Cryptosis is a Dutch metal band formed in 2020 in Enschede. Originally known as Distillator, the band rebranded and expanded their musical style to include progressive and symphonic elements. Their debut album, "Bionic Swarm," was released in 2021 to positive reviews. In March 2025, they released their second album, "Celestial Death," featuring 11 tracks, mixed by Fredrik Folkare at Chrome Studios and mastered by Tony Lindgren at Fascination Street Studios.
