Daniel Lozakovich is a Swedish violinist born in 2001 in Stockholm. He began playing the violin at the age of six and made his debut at nine under Vladimir Spivakov in Moscow. In 2016, he won the Vladimir Spivakov International Violin Competition and signed an exclusive contract with Deutsche Grammophon. His debut album featured Bach's violin concertos and Partita No. 2. In 2024, he released the album "Grieg, Franck, Shor-Pletnev, Shostakovich" in collaboration with pianist Mikhail Pletnev, featuring works by Grieg, Franck, Shostakovich, and Shor-Pletnev.
