David Hazeltine is an American jazz pianist, composer, arranger, and educator. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he began performing professionally at the age of thirteen. He studied at the Wisconsin College Conservatory of Music from 1976 to 1979. Throughout his career, he has released several albums as a leader, including "Blues Quarters Vol. 1" and "The Classic Trio". He has collaborated with artists such as Eric Alexander and Joe Locke and is a member of the collective One for All. His music focuses on jazz and post bop genres.
